Bocce Tournaments
Attn Bocce Friends,
After many meetings, calls, emails, walk throughs and brain picking I am beyond excited to officially announce the newest addition to the NEO Sports Plant in Cleveland…. 6 Indoor Bocce Courts! NOT SYNTHETIC. We will have 6 full size and functioning courts filled with screenings and built by Wickliffe’s own court crew to emulate the best courts around! We are mainly an adult volleyball facility with 4 indoor sand and 5 indoor hard courts but this space was too good to pass up on. The only way this would be a reality was to give the opportunity for players to play on the same outdoor surface year round while being in a great environment in a private bocce area right next to our 4 indoor sand volleyball courts. Our Bocce Center will have a TON of room for seating, special events, space in between courts and space for spectators for when we host large tournaments throughout the winter! We will be capable of running 64 team tournaments thru the winter along with stealing a few mini tournament templates from our volleyball friends for little Friday night tourneys ect! Open courts throughout the winter to practice and we will also obviously offer leagues nightly! The tentative league schedule will be:
Monday- Coed Division 2 guys 2 girls
Tuesday- Two Man League
Wed- Open Division (Most Competitive)
Thursday- Rec Divisions (For Beginners or teams with a mix of beginners and exp players)
Very excited as renovations have begun and for all of this to be complete in the next 6 – 8 weeks to start our first winter session in November/December!
